Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with Clients, to set a high standard for working together and drive confidence. Ensuring clients receive the very best of service levels and creativity. Ensuring 100% accuracy on the delivered project and ahead of deadlines.
Project Management and Tracking::
- Tracks the project progress to plans.
- Manage project risks and issues effectively and proactively.
- Provide appropriate visibility to all stakeholders.
- Fully understand the deliverables of projects.
- Have a clear understanding on the technical aspects of the projects.
- Act as a communication bridge between client and Development team.
- Verify and deliver project as per project specification.General:
- Good web industry trends awareness.
- Very Good communication skills including good command of written and spoken English
- Time management skills.
- Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
- Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Must have prior experience dealing with International clients
