Job Description-
Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with Clients, to set a high standard for working together and drive confidence. Ensuring clients receive the very best of service levels and creativity. Ensuring 100% accuracy on the delivered project and ahead of deadlines.

Project Management and Tracking::

  • Tracks the project progress to plans.
  • Manage project risks and issues effectively and proactively.
  • Provide appropriate visibility to all stakeholders.


  • Fully understand the deliverables of projects.
  • Have a clear understanding on the technical aspects of the projects.
  • Act as a communication bridge between client and Development team.
  • Verify and deliver project as per project specification.General:
  • Good web industry trends awareness.
  • Very Good communication skills including good command of written and spoken English
  • Time management skills.
  • Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
  • Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Must have prior experience dealing with International clients
